Site Work Foreman for Landscape Design Construction
Our purpose at Peak Environmental is: "To be great stewards of the land upon which we live and work."
Our core focus is the design, construction, and management of landscapes in Saratoga County and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for a Foreman with site work experience. The ideal person for this role should have the following skills and attributes:
- Ability to layout and install footings, drainage, and infrastructure for landscape construction projects.
- Ability to read blueprints, layout site work, measure and set grades with a laser transit.
- Ability to lead a crew, working hands-on, with a focus on production while using labor and materials efficiently.
- Relevant math skills to carry out proper calculations for projects.
- Machine and excavation experience.
- Safety focused-participates in safety trainings and runs sites with a focus on safety.
Serious consideration will be given to applicants with a CDL A license.

Landscaping Grounds Maintenance Technician

Job Description:
The Grounds Maintenance Technician will work on a team maintaining the landscaping and grounds surrounding a business or building. The GM Technician also plants flowers, mows, pulls weeds, mulches, repairs structures, and maintains landscaping.
Responsibilities: (but not limited to; other duties may be assigned)
- Mowing lawns
- Trimming hedges
- Watering plants
- Maintaining gardens and lawns, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching, and applying pesticides
- Operating and maintaining garden and landscaping equipment
- Spring & fall cleanup
- Cut lawn using hand, power or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls.
Qualifications/Requirements
Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in the following areas: Commercial grounds maintenance, commercial lawn mowing, zero-turn operation, pruning, weeding, re-mulching, fertilizer & pesticide application, irrigation system maintenance, edging & trimming, aeration & overseed, and cleanups.
- Must be positive, flexible, and customer service oriented.
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving techniques.
- Must have a valid NYS driver's license with a clean record.
- Ability to lift 20-50 lbs
- Ability to work in a wide range of weather condition and elements
- Ability to stand for extensive periods, lift and bending for extensive periods.
