The "Pathway To Success" at Peak Environmental is a roadmap for advancement for field staff. Whether your aspirations are to be a technician, a mason, a skilled laborer, an operator or a manager, we have a path for you to advance.

The Pathways are a checklist that will track your progress as a green industry professional. As you begin to master the safety, workmanship and efficiency skills in your pathway, you will become eligible for advancement. As you advance, you will be eligible for pay raises, vacation time, company sponsored industry certifications, and out of office training engagements.

Opportunities are also available for designers, sales professionals, horticulutrists, turf management professionals and project managers. Our office environment is business casual, with flexible hours.
